New addition for my 28mm HotT army: An ent!

Model by Games Workshop.

I guess this model could be the next eye catcher. I painted him as birch tree. The idea was given me by the user TRANKED from Unfinished armies who used this model for his great Impetus LotR armies.

Two swordmasters for WHFB

I enjoyed painting the Elves so much that I started painting another swordmaster for WHFB High Elves. On the left you see the old one, one the right the new one. Which colour sceme do you like more?

Glomrothial, Lord of the house of eagles

My aerial hero for my Hordes of the Things Elfs army is done. I name this miniature "Glomrothial, Lord of the house of eagles" and he is shown with two mighty eagle wingmen.

Small update: 28mm Hordes of the Things Elfish heroes

Today i did two heroes done: An Elfish hero on foot and an aerial hero.

First the aerial hero. Its a Games Workshop Woodelf riding a giant eagle.

... its an impressive model and will be eye candy on board! The second hero is a Corvus belli Warlord model, wearing a WestWind Elf shield...

...I am absolutly pleased with the colour sceme and maybe i will use that for my WHFB High Elfes army. At least both together...

... only bases are to be done.
