Hi!
Amazing paintjob! If you don't mind? I have a few questions about your painting techniques. In particular 1) How did you make battle damage and dirt\weathering on the knights?
2) How did you paint red on this paricular knight?
I'm not asking for a complete guide, of course, but just a quick rundown will be greatly appreciated) Thanks in advance!

Hi nerdyscholar,
Thanks for comment and question. Yor are welcome. 1) In order to paint battle damage you have to paint a thin line of white first, followed by a more thinner line of black. Tadaaa a scrape/mark. Thats all!
For Mud and stuff like that I use a (don't know a english word for that) blister sponge. Spot it in the colour you want to use; I use serveral brown colours, and spot it on the shield etc. But be warned don't use to much colour on the sponge. The less you take your effect will be better.
2) For painting red and especially yellow you need a white background. For the darker parts I use a brown tone (GW scorched brwon - brilliant colour!) and for red I mix a little bit orange for highlight.
Hope that helps. Feel free to ask more if you want to.
And sorry for my poor english.
