On the left the Samnites with bigger shields and armed with pili. On the right the Italiot hoplits with round shields & spears.
Because there are no shield decals for the Samnites i had to become creative and painted those shield freehand. Only the second one on the left is a decal, a roman decals. But in my opinion it fits very good for Samnites. Do you agree?
